Welcome to the London Telecare website. You, or maybe someone you care for, will find help and advice on how to continue living independently at home. You are very important to us -  and the main reason we are promoting awareness of Telecare and Telehealth products and services.

London Telecare is the organisation representing the Telecare Services operated by London's boroughs, and several others outside London as well. We are dedicated to raising awareness of what telecare and telehealth services are available. We do this through advertising and promotion across London and the Home Counties,  a combination of posters, leaflets and exhibition materials.

In the following web pages, we show examples of life situations that you might recognise for yourself, a relative, neighbour or friend. For further information about your local Telecare service, call our Helpdesk on 0800 085 6323. Friendly and experienced staff will put you in touch with your nearest Telecare Centre, usually run by your local council.

In 2011, more of us are living longer and most people would wish to remain living at home, leading a safe, secure and independent life. Telecare can help you achieve this.
